Chief of Navy Chaplains visits USS Carney

Chief of Navy Chaplains Rear Adm. Margaret Kibben, held an all-hands call aboard USS Carney (DDG 64) Jan. 26, 2017.

Carney, an Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer is forward-deployed to Rota, Spain, in support of U.S. national security interests in Europe.
