Romanian CNO Visits USS Truxtun

CONSTANTA, Romania - The Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Truxtun (DDG 103) welcomed aboard Romanian Commander of Naval Operations, Rear Adm. Alexandru Mirsu, and his staff while the ship was in Romania for scheduled port visit, March 10.
