VP-10 Fleet Participates in Exercise Sea Shield 2018
A P-8A Poseidon from Patrol Squadron (VP) 10 began participation in exercise Sea Shield 2018, May 9, 2018, in the Black Sea. Sea Shield is an annual Romania-led multinational exercise in the Black Sea designed to improve interoperability and combat proficiency of participating units.
"The Red Lancers of VP-10 are committed to continuing the legacy of maritime patrol aviation as they operate the P-8A Poseidon in the region. Our participation will further strengthen the interoperability of naval aviation with our regional allies and partners and we are excited to showcase the talented men and women who maintain and operate the P-8A."
